Poetry’s Complaint – Micro Poem
Poetry grumbles to the
velvety violet sky
that it cannot hold my
Charcoaled grief in its
calloused hands.
Yet I pour all my
Aggrieved oceans into
its warm palms.
Though it complains,
it still holds,
It still comforts me
With its sun-warm
Metaphors.
